Agents Digest is a weekly recap of autonomous AI agents: the always-on, multi-bot tools that work while you sleep.
Every day I have Hermes read Twitter, Hacker News, GitHub, product blogs, and Reddit. Then, every Monday morning, Hermes consolidates what actually matters into the digest and publishes it here. It covers what every major agent platform shipped that week (Grok Bot, Hermes, Cursor agents, Claude Code, Codex, and whatever new contender appeared) and compares the paid options with free and open-source alternatives.
If you are a designer, creative, or product person who keeps hearing about Grok Bot pricing and wants to know if there is a cheaper way, this is for you.
What this is not
This is not general AI news. Model releases, research papers, funding rounds, and chip news are covered by my daily digest at merge.misterburton.com. Agents Digest covers one thing: tools that run autonomously, spawn multiple bots, and do work while you are away.
Why the comparison angle?
Grok Bot access now starts at $20/mo (Cursor Pro) and runs up to about $300/mo (SuperGrok Heavy), and the tiers have changed twice in a month. DeepSeek Harness, Hermes, and OpenBot are free. The gap between what you pay and what you get keeps widening. This digest helps people who are not super technical understand their options.
